Why Holiday Rental Places
Back in 2005 I tried to list my guest house in different travel directories, but what I found was that all of them were charging for that service. Anyway I did pay for a year 125 GBP and receive no enquiries at all. OK- that was a lie. I’ve received couple of cheaters mails that wanted to pay with credit cards bigger amount before the arrival and I should send them back the different.
So the question was – why that kind of service should not have been free.
The site www.holidayrentalplaces.com came up in year 2006 , but was not so good looking and the owners did not have so many options to present their properties.
Now together with a very good friend of mine we did redesign the site and put many more features, so the users of the site can have the opportunity to show the full potential of the different properties they have – guest houses, villas, hotels, motels etc.
